CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT
- All members in good standing of Chartered Institute of Professional Management must agree and advocate the acceptance of a rigid Code of Ethical Conduct that applies to all business dealings and relationships resulting in business conduct.
- Members must conduct all business affairs with integrity and objectivity, regardless of the race, religion or national origin of business associates.
- Members must avoid conflicts of interest that may prejudice the outcome of their business deals.
- Members must conduct all business in accordance with the regulations and laws prevailing.
- Members must encourage a free exchange of ideas, always seeking innovation and new approaches to global marketing and business.
- Members must seek out acquaintances and business relationships among other members of the Chartered Institute of Professional Management.
- Members must not ever take part in any unethical, illegal or inappropriate activity.
- Members must strive to continually improve their expertise and knowledge and utilize the many tools available through their membership in the Chartered Institute of Professional Management.
- Members must always encourage and train subordinates to accept the values of the Code of Ethical Conduct and to embrace it as members of the organization when qualified.
- Members must respect lawful authority and business superiors and encourage each to understand the value of members in the Chartered Institute of Professional Management.
