  5. Attempt to relate each phase of every subject studied to your own actual experiences or to that of others about which you have knowledge.

Career Development at Chartered Institute of Professional Management CIPM USA Reflects Their Members

CIPM USA is one institution that has launched its Career Development section with a global initiative to develop successful strategies to assist its Global Membership in recruitment and retention by firms that understand the value of diversity. "It is essential to the success of our organization and its members that CIPM USA reflects what are an increasingly diverse membership population," says Dr. Bawa Suleman, Director, CIPM USA.
Many of our Members are often the first in their families to attend college or grow a career in business. Given that many are from non-white families or from backgrounds where English is not the first language, it's important that they find comfort and security in knowing that CIPM USA is working for them. One crucial way to send that message, Suleman says, is to be sure that a CIPM USA volunteers and employees reflect the varied membership populations we  serve: Asian, Arabic, African- American, Hispanic and in many societies, women, for example, who may need assistance in job interview techniques, resume preparation and job searching.
Given that CIPM USA is designed to serve global communities, it is essential we reflect the world fairly in which we operate.
